Thank you for your interest in our rentals. Our approval rating is currently at 98%.  Please read the following information before you complete the application.

If you do not see a message saying “Your submission was successful.” after hitting the send button, please make sure you have uploaded all 3 files requested as well as completed all questions and do not leave the screen.

In order to complete the application, please be sure to provide:

• ONE valid form of a state issued photo ID (e.g., U.S. Driver’s license, Passport or State ID) 
• Proof of income (e.g. one month of paystubs) verifying your combined household income 
• Your most recent Bank Statement

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application and provide a unique email address that is different from the other applicants.

Each applicant pays an application fee of $75. Please send application fee via Cash app $AmigManagement98

Due to the high demand for our properties, there may be multiple applicant groups/families applying for the same home. We encourage you to complete your application promptly to ensure we approve you for the home you desire.

We lease rentals on a first completed and approved application basis.
